摘要
目的：探讨硒和维生素E（VE）缺乏与肝细胞凋亡的关系。方法：用偏食低硒低VE饲料喂饲大鼠，用流式细胞术检测肝细胞凋亡小体百分率。结果：偏食低硒低VE组较单纯偏食组（硒和VE适量）有所增加，较常规平衡食组明显增加，差异显著（P＜0．05），单纯偏食组较常规平衡食组有所增加。结论：微量营养素缺乏可引起肝细胞凋亡。
Objective:To study the relationship between deficency in Se and VE and hepatocyte apoptosis.Methods:The percentage of hepatocyte apoptosis bodies was detected in rats fed on monotonous diet of deficency in Se and VE by using flow cytometry. Results: The percentage of apoptosis bodies in the group of monotonous diet of deficiency in Se and VE was higher than that in the group of monotonous diet;it was much higher than that in the group of stock diet (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The hepatocyte apoptosis may be induced by lack of trace nutrients.
