YBCO掺杂效应研究进展

摘要 研究了掺杂对高温超导氧化物YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)的超导电性和结构的影响。依据现有的YBCO掺杂实验,研究了YBCO各个位置采用典型元素掺杂而导致的超导电性和结构的变化,分析掺杂对YBCO的重要影响。掺杂效应的研究使YBCO的应用性能得到了提高,同时为研究超导机制提供了更多的理论信息。 The purpose of this paper is to study the additive effects on the superconductivity and structure of high-temperature oxide YBCO superconductors. According to existing experiments of the doping YBCO, the changes of superconductivity and structure of YBCO which was doped with typical elements at its various locations was stud- ied, and the important effects of doping on YBCO was analyzed. The research of additive effect can improve the applied properties of YBCO and supply more informations for exploring mechanism of superconduetors.
