摘要
基于对冲裁工件受力特点的深入分析,引入一个质量曲面的概念,建立曲面的质量和重心与冲裁力和压力中心之间的联系,将冲裁力和压力中心的计算转化为曲面质量和重心的求解,借助于通用三维设计软件Pro/EN-GINEER的分析功能,获得了一个可同时计算冲裁力和压力中心的新方法。并以一个较为复杂的实例进行设计计算,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。相比传统的计算方法,该方法简便易行,无须进行复杂的计算,大大减少设计工作量,提高设计效率。
Based on deep analysis of the stress characteristics of blanking, introducing a new concept of mass curved surface, building the relations between the mass of surfaces, center of gravity and blanking force, pressure centre, transforming the calculations of blanking force and pressure centre into the solutions of mass of surfaces and center of gravity, a novel approach used to calculate blanking force and pressure centre simultaneously is obtained by means of the analysis of Pro/ENGINEER. A complex case is presented to verify the effectiveness and the practicality. Compared with the traditional calculation methods, the method is simple and convenient without complicated calculations, and has sharply reduced the workload of designer and greatly improved the design efficiency.
