The research advancement of keratinocyte growth factor

摘要 角质形成细胞生长因子（keratinocyte growth factor．KGF）是由间质细胞分泌的，通过旁分泌途径刺激上皮增殖的细胞因子。研究表明KGF在组织修复过程中发挥着很重要的作用，这些作用主要是KGF通过加强上皮屏障功能完成，包括促进细胞的增殖、迁移、分化、存活等。重组人角质形成细胞生长因子Palifermin己由FDA批准用于治疗放化疗导致的严重口腔粘膜炎。本文将对KGF的生物学特性、表达调控、生物学功能、及重组KGF的研究和应用进行讨论。
