摘要
目的建立并分析人源隐孢子虫卵囊的形态学参数,明确其形态学变化特点。方法收集一名严重腹泻儿童的粪便,涂片经改良抗酸染色法检测隐孢子虫卵囊。应用奥林巴斯(Olympus)BX50万能生物显微镜(日本)摄像系统采集1439个隐孢子虫卵囊的图像,利用计算机数字图像分析系统测定其长径(L)、短径(W)、周长、面积,用SPSS数据处理软件(12.0版本)分析,计算其卵形指数(L/W)等一系列形态学参数。结果计算机数字图像分析技术测定人源1439个隐孢子虫卵囊长径均值为4.78μm,95%可信区间为4.73~4.82;卵囊短径均值为4.35μm,95%可信区间为4.33~4.37;卵囊周长、面积和卵形指数均值分别为15.63μm、15.22μm2和1.10。计算机数字图像分析技术测定的人、狗和小鼠源隐孢子虫卵囊的形态学参数,经方差分析F值在10.7374~68.8776,P<0.01。结论利用计算机数字图像分析系统和SPSS数据处理软件,获得人源隐孢子虫卵囊长径、短径、周长、面积、卵形指数的累加和、均值、中值、最大值、最小值、标准差及95%可信区间等一系列形态学参数。获得的资料是精确的,为鉴别人源隐孢子虫提供了科学信息。
Objective To analyze the morphological features of Cryptoridium oocysts and to establish a data base for their morphological change. Methods Oocysts were collected from the feces of children with diarrhea and examined with a modified acid-fast staining method, hnages of 1 439 oocysts were acquired by an imaging system. The length, width, perimeter and area of the oocysts were acquired by a computer digital image processing system and analyzed by SPSS software (Version 12.0). Results The average length of the oocysts was 4.78 μm and the 95% confidence interval was 4.73-4.82 μm. The avarage width was 4.35 μm and the 95% confidence interval was 4.33- 4.37 μm. The average perimeter was 15.63 μm and the average area was 15.22 μm^2. Conclusion The obtained data are accurate and it can he used for the measurement and identification of the Cryptosporidium oocysts isolated from human feces.
