摘要
运用CFD软件Flotherm对密闭机箱内部采取不同风道结构和选择不同风机时流体流动和换热过程进行了数值模拟,获得了密闭机箱内部的流场、压力场以及温度场的变化规律。仿真结果表明,为使系统达到较好的冷却目的,应当首先测得系统的阻力特性,根据风道的阻力特性曲线正确选择风机。
Via the CFD software Flotherm, the numerical simulation of the fluid tlow and heat exchange process with different air flues and fans inside airtight cabinets is carried out, obtaining the variation rules of the flow field, pressure field and temperature field inside airtight cabinets. The simulation resuits show that the feature of resistance in the air flue should be firstly measured, and the appropriate fan is chosen according to the feature curve to achieve better cooling effect.
