摘要
自从有了人就有了以人为主体的管理。在人类历史发展演进的不同时期由于人自身的发展阶段不同,人们对自身本质的认知程度不同,人们在主动和受动的参与管理的过程中所形成的管理思想也体现出各自不同的鲜明特点。因此人对自身发展阶段和本质的认识和把握是管理思想及理论得以建立的逻辑起点。本文就以此为立论的基点来透析管理思想发展的内在逻辑,并从中总结出一些有利于构建我国管理模式的结论。
Since the human was created there was management which focuses on People. In different periods of the human evolution, as people at different stages of their own development and people' s awareness of the nature of their own are not the same, people who participated in the management have formed many different management thoughts. People's understanding of their own stages of development and the nature of their own are the logical starting points which are used to establish the management theory. The paper uses this argument as the basis for the analysis of the inherent logic of management thinking and summes up some of the conclusions which are heloful to build China's management model.
