摘要
根据对沙角B电厂锅炉爆管的性质和原因进行的分析,指出分隔屏过热器和一级过热器爆管的性质属于长期过热基础上的短期过热爆管,其主要原因是管内蒸汽流速较低以及钢材耐热性能较差所致。锅炉动力学试验结果也证实了这一点。
Abstract This paper studies the attributive character and causes of boiler tube bursting in a power plant.The attributive character of these tube bursting would be the short-term overheating tube burst on the basis of long-term overheating.The burstings attributed to the low speed steam flow inside tubes and the tube material with poor heat resistance for the boiler operation conditions.The results are proved by the kinetic testings for the boiler afterwards.
