摘要
从系统角度建立了考虑服务水平、多品种、多客户、多供应商等全局因素条件下确定中转型配送中心的数量、选址与规模的优化模型,针对模型参数多维、方案组合多、求解困难的特点,提出了具有城市配送特性的分解策略,通过贪婪算法,用算例论证了模型与算法的有效性,算例结果显示降低成本的有效途径是降低客户点与供应商库存和加快其周转率.
A systematical model was established to decide the number, scale, position of the distribution center considering the overall affecting factors such as the service level, multi-variety, multi-client, multi-supplier. Aiming at feature of multi-dimensional parameters, many scheme combinations and the difficulty in calculation, the decomposition strategy with the feature of city distribution were proposed. The model and algorithm were validated by the numerical example through greedy algorithm. From the numerical results, it is found that the turnover improvements and reduction of client's and supplier' s inventory is an efficient way to reduce cost.
