摘要
用试管药基法对构树叶不同溶剂提取物对10种致病真菌的抗菌性进行了研究,在体外观察构树叶不同溶剂提取物对红色癣菌、克柔氏念珠菌、紧密着色霉菌、石膏样毛癣菌等10种致病真菌的抑制作用,对其抗真菌有效部位进行筛选.并对实验结果进行统计学分析.结果显示构树叶提取物对各种致病真菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为50~400mg/mL,而且主要集中在乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位,表明构树叶对真菌抑制作用明显而稳定.
Ten kinds of Fungi were inoculated in different test tubes which drug had been injected into them. To study the antibacterial activities of different solvents extracts of Folium Broussonetiae in vitro,and select the active ingredients of anti-fungal. Then analyse the results by statistics. The results show that MICs of different solvent extracts of Folium Broussonetiae between 50 and 400 mg/mL,and the active ingredients mainly consist in the extract of ethyl acetate and N-butanol. Conclusion:The extract from Folium Broussonetiae was an effective antibacterial drug. This research is profitable for the further study and use of the Broussonetia papyrifera(L)Vent.
