七氟醚神经肌肉阻滞作用的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究七氟醚本身的肌松作用及其与非去极化肌松药维库溴铵间的相互作用。方法:选择21例ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的手术病人,随机分成三组:Ⅰ组(7例)单独七氟醚麻醉组;Ⅱ组(7例)笑气,芬太尼和0.07mg/kg维库溴铵复合麻醉组;Ⅲ组(7例)七氟醚和0.07mg/kg维库溴铵麻醉组。术中采用加速仪监测肌松水平。结果:Ⅰ组逐渐提高七氟醚的浓度,当达到2.0MAC时,开始出现TOFR抑制,随后出现TH抑制;当达到2.5MAC时,TOFR被抑制了32±5%,TH被抑制了15±3%;0.07mg/kg维库溴铵的作用持续时间Ⅱ组,Ⅲ组分别为13.5±1.3min和33.0±6.0min(P<0.001);恢复时间两组分别为11.5±1.2min和29.0±11.5min(P<0.05)。结论:七氟醚有明显的肌松作用,机理为非去极化型的。七氟醚对维库溴铵有较强的协同作用。
