摘要
通过采用文本信息挖掘的手段,从40位中国知识型企业的经营者访谈录中,归纳出21个知识型企业内生核心竞争力因子,从一个全新的角度来研究知识型企业核心竞争力。借助WARDS聚类分析方法,将中国成功知识型企业分为四大类;提出知识和人才这两个内生因子是知识型企业取得成功的基础。通过构建BP神经网路判别系统辅助知识型企业自我归类,帮助相关企业根据实际能力培养适合自身发展的内生核心竞争力因子。
With the method of text genes for Chinese knowledge-based information mining, companies from 40 this paper induces 21 endogenous core competence journals of talks about successful knowledge-based entrepreneurs in China that it is a new perceptive to investigate core competences for knowledge-based cornpanics. Then, the authors divide the samples into four parts by technique of WARDS clustering, present the components of key genes for every part and put forward that the genes of knowledge and human resource are the foundation for successful knowledge-based enterprises. At last, the writers set up a discriminated system based on BP neural network to help the corporations easily locating by themselves. At the same time, the related enterprises can choose and cultivate adaptive endogenous core competence genes on the basis of their practical capacity .
