3-me-DAB诱发大鼠肝癌发生过程中的形态学特点及GST-P的表达特征 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究在实验性肝癌发生、发展过程中病理形态学特征及GST-P mRNA的表达特点。方法:用0.06%3-甲基-4-甲基氨偶氮苯(3-me-DAB)饲喂SD大鼠制作肝癌模型,并在不同阶段处死大鼠取得肝脏标本。用RT-PCR技术检测肝癌模型各阶段GST-PmRNA的变化特征。结果:在3-me-DAB诱发大鼠肝癌发生过程中,肝脏卵圆细胞呈现一个从量变到质变的过程;随着肝癌的发生和发展,GST-PmRNA的表达呈递增趋势。结论:卵圆细胞有可能是肝癌的始动细胞;GST-P可作为一个分析和评价肝癌进程的重要标记酶;GST-P的表达是在基因水平上调控的。
