摘要
针对油气田生产过程中产生大量硫酸钡垢严重影响采油作业的现状,以水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和醋酸乙烯((VA)为单体合成了MA/AA/VA三元共聚物阻垢剂,探讨了单体质量配比、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等合成条件对共聚物阻垢效果的影响。
Facing at the situation that a large amount of BaSO4 scale has been yielded during oilfield production, which seriously impacts on oil production operation, a scale inhibitor, MA/AA/VA terpolymer, was synthesized form maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid(AA) and vinyl acetate(VA) by using water as solvent, ammonium persulfate as initiator. And this paper also discussed the influence of the proportion of reactant, mass ratio of the initiator, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the scale inhibition performance of the scale initiator.
