摘要
阐述了混合动力汽车的发动机调速方法,通过建模、dSPACE AutoBox对系统的控制以及AVL测功机对系统的监控,完成了发动机起动、调速及离合器接合与分离的控制,建立了用电机补偿发动机动态转矩相对稳态转矩下降的转矩控制策略。动态控制与稳态控制2种试验结果对比表明,动态控制方法提高了驱动模式的切换性能与效果,可提高整车驾驶性、舒适性和耐久性。
The method of engine speed regulation for HEV is discussed in this paper.Based on modeling, the control of dSPACE AutoBox to system,the monitor of AVL dynamometer to system,the control of engine starting, speed regulation, clutch engagement and disengagement are completed,and the torque control strategy is established by using motor to compensate the torque drop between dynamic and steady status.The comparison of test results for dynamic and steady control method shows that the dynamic control method can improve the switch performance and effects of driving mode, and enhance the vehicle's driveability,comfort and durability.
