摘要
高等教育从精英阶段迈入大众化阶段后,社会企业对人才的选择呈现出长尾理论现象。为满足经济社会发展对人才的多样化需求,高校需要改革人才培养模式,更新课程体系和内容,大力培养经济社会大规模需求的优秀拔尖人才和高级应用型人才,以扩大人才培养的长尾理论的"头部"。同时提供给学生更多的适应社会多样化需求和个性化发展的能力结构模块选择,拓延长尾理论的"尾部",实现高等教育从规模扩张向质量提高的转变。
The choice of the enterprises in the society to the qualified students has shown a long tail phenomenon since higher education developed from the elite stage into the mass stage. To meet the diverse needs of the economic and social development, universities need to reform the talents training mode, update curriculum and content, vigorously train excellent talents and advanced applied talents needed by the economy and society in large scale, expanding the ＂head＂ of the long tail theory of talents cultivation. Meanwhile, the higher institutions should provide students with more options of the capacity modules to adapt to the social diverse needs and students＇ own personality development, extending the ＂tail＂ of the long tail theory in order to realize the change from scale expansion to quality improvement in higher education.
