摘要
尽管随着人类社会发展，我们能预报并处理好一些可能的灾难事件，但仍有很多灾难，诸如：恐怖袭击、厂矿事故、车祸、地震、海啸等在短时间内造成大规模伤亡，伤员数量及伤情复杂程度远远超过单个或当地医疗机构的常规工作负荷。在医学上要应对这些灾难事件，就需对灾难医学救援相关人员进行制度化的培训，本文就此作一综述。
With the development of human society, we can forecast and handle some possible disasters, but there are still a lot of disasters, such as： terror attacks, productive accidents, traffic accidents, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc, will lead to mass casualty events in a short time, the single medical institution or local medical service will be overloaded because of the number of the wounded people and the complexity of the injuries. In order to deal with these disasters in medicine, the disaster rescue personnel needs to get systemized training. The article will focus on this aspect.
