摘要 采用反应挤出法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES-g-POE)合金。研究了VTES-g-POE用量对合金力学性能、耐热性能及热稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着VTES-g-POE用量的增加,PP/VTES-g-POE合金的冲击强度大幅度上升,断裂伸长率增大;对PP/VTES-g-POE合金进行水解交联,有利于合金维卡软化点的升高;PP/VTES-g-POE合金的热稳定性高于PP/POE合金。 PP/VTES-g-POE blend was prepared by reactive extrusion. The effects of VTES-g-POE content on the mechanical property, heat resistant property, and heat stability of the blend were studied. The results show that: with the increase of VTES-g-POE content, the impact strength of PP! VTES-g-POE blend increases obviously, the elongation at break also increases; after hydrolysis, the Vicat softening point of PPNTES-g-POE blend increases; the heat stability of PPNTES-g- POE blend is higher than that of PP/POE blend.
