摘要
介绍一种数控加工程序的计算机图形验证方法,作者基于物体空间的离散方法,将毛坯和刀具切削轨迹离散处理,加工生成的切削表面以三角网格表示,使得验证中的求交计算量大大减少,将加工结果用图形表示有利于观察和分析加工程序中的错误。同时,还分析了该方法中可能出现的误差,并提供了控制误差的手段。
Verifying the results of numerical control(NC) machining process and checking the NC program are interested by many CAD/CAM researchers recently.In this paper,the author introduces a technical strategy for NC verification used in 3 axis milling.For the purpose of reducing the computation of milling workpiece,workpiece and tool path is discreted in object space.The workpiece are compound of many pillars and the surface of workpiece is a mesh that include many triangles.The milling process are the computation of intersection between tool and pillars.The result of milling is displaying with the shading graph.The author analyze the influence of discrete intensive on verification error and the method for controlling this error.
