摘要
实施小城镇战略,就是要发展县域经济,并行不悖地推进城镇化和新农村建设,形成城乡经济一体化的新格局。服务业随着城镇的发展而发展,发展小城镇的现代服务业,能够对小城镇周边广大农村发展农业产业化,提高农业劳动生产率,实现农村工业化、城镇化、农业市场化、国际化等提供产业支持。
Implementing small towns strategy is just to develop the county economy, advance the urbanization and the new rural reconstruction compatibly and form the new pattern of the city and countryside economic integration. Service industry develops along with the cities development, and the development of the modern service industry in small towns can .provide industrial support in developing agriculture industrialization and raising the agriculture labor efficiency in extensive countrysides besides small towns, and can also provide industrial support in accomplishing rural industrialization, urbanization, agricultural marketability, internationalization and so on.
