肺复张策略治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肺复张策略治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床价值。方法动态观察14例重症ARDS患者肺复张策略实施前后动脉血气指标、中心静脉压(CVP)、平均动脉压(MAP)和肺顺应性的变化。结果14例重症ARDS患者采用肺复张策略治疗后,肺顺应性明显提高,氧合功能明显改善,有效率为85.7%(12/14)。结论肺复张策略治疗重症ARDS明显改善了患者的氧合功能,对血流动力学影响小,安全有效,提高了抢救成功率。
