摘要
采用ICCD作为探测器,用比色法检测温度场,可以快速获取温度场全面信息,达到实时检测及控制的目的。然而由于ICCD响应动态范围有限,测温范围受到限制,同时双波长的选择是一个困难的问题。作者提出了采用不同的曝光时间分区测量温度场的方法,以扩大检测温度范围,同时在一定温度范围内,为了得到较高、较均匀的灵敏度,通过对系统模拟计算得出了系统工作双波长的理想选择,这些理论分析与试验结果基本一致。
Real time temperature field measurement can be obtained by images colorimetric method using ICCD as detector.However due to limited dynamic respone range of the ICCD,the measurable range of the temperature is very small.The choice of two color wavelength is also very difficulty problem.In order to expand the temperature measurement range,authors developed a device which can take several two color images with different shut off time subsequently within very short time.The analysis are based on computer calculation of a mathematical model established by authors.On basis of the analysis,optimum wavelengthes are obtained for a given sensor system.Experimental work was carried out to check the correctness of the theoretical results.
