摘要
目的评价束臂试验在锁骨下动脉狭窄(SAS)诊断中的价值。方法应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)结合束臂试验检测38例SAS患者的椎动脉收缩期血流速度下降幅度(DRBFV)及血流速度从下降至恢复的时间(RTBFV),并与37例对照组对比。结果柬臂试验后SAS组与对照组比较,DRBFV明显增加[分别为(1.73±0.40)cm/s、(7.26±1.17)cm/s],RTBFV明显延长[分别为(1.78±0.38)S、(6.64±1.46)s】,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同SAS狭窄程度之间DRBFV、RTBFV比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论TCD结合束臂实验可以提高SAS诊断的准确性,并能初步判断狭窄程度。
Objective To evaluate Trousseau's test in the diagnostic value of subclavian artery stenosis. Methods Examining declining range of blood flow velocity (DRBFV) and recovery time of blood flow velocity (RTBFV) during systolic period of vertebral artery in 38 cases of SAS and 37 controls by TCD combining Trousseau's test. Results After Trousseau's test, the DRBFV were increased and the RTBFV were prolonged significantly in SAS groups compared with those of systolic vertebral artery in controls, which are related to the stenosis degree of SAS. Conclusion TCD combining Trousseau's test can improve the veracity in the diagnosis of SAS and evaluate the stenosis degree.
