摘要
在对实习生绩效评估过程中,为了帮助企业科学、有效地衡量出实习生工作业绩表现和潜质,结合层次分析法(AHP)和灰色关联分析方法的特点,提出了基于层次分析和灰色关联分析的实习员工绩效评估方法,并运用该方法进行了实例分析。
At present, interns' enrolling has become an effective mechanism to find out excellence and potential novices and reserves of talents for companies. In order to help the manager of a company scientifically and effectively evaluate the performance and potential of interns, in this paper, with the Algorithm of AHP and gray correlation analysis, introduce a feasible method of interns performance evaluation based on the AHP and gray correlation analysis,and then, take a specific case for example in this method.
