摘要
文章通过对广西以及南宁市发展状况的分析,指出,把南宁市建设成为综合实力雄厚的广西"首位城市",以此带动广西北部湾经济区乃至全广西经济社会又好又快发展,对于缩短与先进省市的差距,建设富裕文明和谐新广西,十分重要,也十分必要。文章提出,要把南宁建设成广西首位城市,应做大做强南宁市的产业和企业,不断增强产业的聚集力;强化服务功能,不断增强产业的聚集力;夯实教育基础,大规模培育和输送人才、智力;着力于创业创新,建设好科技企业的孵化基地;本着以人为本,全面发展,极大地增强城市综合实力。
Based on the analysis of the development of Nanning and Guangxi, it is pointed out that we should build Nanning as the the First City in Guangxi in order to promote the economic development in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the whole Guangxi. It is also important for Nannng to catch up with the developed cities in China and to construct a harmonious Guangxi. To build Nanning as the First City in Guangxi, we should develop the industry and enterprises in Nanning, increase the industrial congregated power, strength service functions, build the education well and cultivate talents for development and technology innovation; on the basis of man-oriented, to promote the comprehensive power of Nanning in all round way.
