聚丙烯腈与葡萄糖共混膜的研究

摘要 以葡萄糖为共混剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为添加剂,用相转化法获得了孔径均一、孔隙率高,而且有较高水通量的聚丙烯腈微孔膜。研究了葡萄糖与聚丙烯腈的共混比例,添加剂含量等各项制膜条件对微孔膜的结构和性能的影响。结果显示当聚丙烯腈的固含量为12wt%,葡萄糖与聚丙烯腈的比例为1∶3,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为固含量的2wt%时,能够得到性能理想的微孔膜。 With the additive polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), the polyacrylonitrile (PAN)/glucose (GC) blend microporous membranes were prepared for the first time by phase reverse method. When the weight ratio of PAN, GC and PVP comes to 6:2:1, the membranes have great water flux, high porosity, high hydrophilicity and good pore distribution. The processing parameters, microstructure, thermal stability were studied in detail as well.
