摘要
用浸渍法制得0.2%铁元素改性的SiO2为载体的负载5%Pd催化剂对2,4-二氟硝基苯常压催化加氢,用沸点、元素分析I、R和1H NMR对它的结构进行了表征,证明为目标产物2,4-二氟苯胺;确定优化工艺条件为:反应物0.1 mol,催化剂0.26 g,80 mL无水乙醇作溶剂,反应温度为50℃,0.1 MPa下氢化反应2 h,产率为97.9%,产物的纯度达98.4%。
A catalyst of 5% palladium supported on SiO2 modified by 0. 2% Fe was prepared by impregnation method for synthesizing 2,4-difluoro aniline from 2, 4-difuoronitrobenzene at atmospheric pressure. The product was characterized by means of boiling point test, elemental analysis, IR, and ^1H NMR, and it was proved to be 2,4 difluoroaniline. The optimum conditions obtained were as follows. 0.1 mol 2,4-difluoro-nitrobenzene, 0.26 g Pd-Fe/SiO2 catalyst, 80 mL anhydrous alcohol as solvent. Under atmospheric pressure, the hydrogenation reaction took 2 hours at 50℃. The yield was 97.9%, and the purity of product reached 98.4%.
