摘要
采用化学成分分析、性能试验和金相检验等方法对运行中断裂的叶片进行了分析。结果表明:长期的超温运行使得该叶片晶粒长大,组织性能发生变化,导致叶片断裂事故的发生。
The ruptured blade which had been used for a long time in the gas expander had been analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, performance test and metallographie experiment. The results showed that, the reason which led to the rupture of blade was the grain growth of the blade material after a long time working under extraordinarily high temperature, and the changing of the mierostructures and properties of the blade.
