摘要
在理论分析自激振动空化射流产生及作用机理的基础上,设计了不同尺寸组合的风琴管自激振动空化喷嘴,通过从不同角度定性与定量比较分析不同尺寸组合风琴管自激振动空化喷嘴及普通喷嘴的清洗效果,研究了自激振动空化射流的清洗特性,并研究了风琴管自激振动空化喷嘴主要结构参数对自激振动空化喷嘴清洗效果的影响规律,得出喷嘴的最佳结构参数。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of production and action of the SRC water jet, the organ-pipe SRCjet nozzles with different size components are designed. The cleaning characteristics of the SRC water jet nozzles are studied by analyzing the cleaning effects of the different organ-pipe SRC jet nozzles and ordinary nozzles qualitatively and quantitatively. The effects of main structural parameters of the organ-pipe SRC nozzle on cleaning effects are studied, and the optimum structural parameters are obtained.
