摘要
针对煤矿现有监控系统存在的不足,提出了利用STC12C5412AD和nRF905构建瓦斯超限数据无线传输系统,并给出了系统方案,设计了瓦斯超限信号监测、发射与接收的数据处理流程。经试验,在915 MHz频段,该系统在某矿井下运输大巷的直线通讯距离达160m,数据传输稳定,抗干扰性强。
According to the deficiencies existing in the current coal mine monitoring system, an overranging gas-data wireless transmission system by use of STC12C5412AD and nRF905 is put.forward and the system scheme is given. The data processing flow of overranging gas signals detecting, emitting and receiving is designed. The experimental results show that the straight-line communication distance of the system can reach at 160 meter in 915MHz frequency band in the underground main haulage roadway, and the system is characterized by the stable data transmission and strong anti-jamming ability.
