摘要
目的:分析高龄股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆部骨折围手术期并发症的发生原因并探讨其防治方法。方法:对该院骨科1995年3月至2008年4月手术治疗156例高龄股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆部骨折在围手术期所发生的36例共56个并发症与病人年龄、伤前原有疾病、手术方法和手术持续时间的关系进行分析和讨论。结果:显示围手术期并发症的发生与病人年龄、原有疾病和手术持续时间密切相关;与手术方法无明显一致性相关;术前准备可影响这些相关。结论:为了尽量避免高龄股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆部骨折围手术期发生并发症,减少手术风险,必须充分做好各种术前准备。
Objective：To analyze the reasons of perioperative complications in aged patients with femoral neck or tuberositas fracture （FNTF） in order to avoid complications and decrease operation risk as far as possible. Methods：From March 1995 to April 2008, 156 cases with FNTF who received oprations were enrrolled in the present study. A total of 56 complications in 36 cases happened during perioperative period. The relationship between the complications, age, primary diseases, operation methods, operation duration was analyzed. Results：The perioperative complications were significantly correlated with age, primary diseases and operation duration, but not correlated with operation methods. Conclusion： Preparations for operations must be sufficient to avoid perioperative complications and decrease operation risk in aged patients with FNTF.
