摘要
给出了一种新的喷射器设计方法:等马赫数梯度法,并对其设计方法进行了详细地介绍。在相同的面积比,相同的工作条件下同传统的一维设计方法设计的喷射器的性能进行了对比。结果表明,与传统设计方法相比,采用本文提出的等马赫数梯度设计的喷射器,可有效消除在扩压室入口处产生的激波,减少由于激波所产生的不可逆损失,使喷射器的性能得到了大幅度地提高。
A new approach for ejector design based on constant Mach number gradient was depicted in detail. Theoretical analysis and comparisons indicate that the performance of the ejeotor designed by the proposed method is greatly improved over that designed by conventional method. Compared with traditional ejector, the profile of the ejector designed by the constant Mach number gradient changes more slowly which causes the fluid to be better attached on the wall, also the passage eliminates the occurrence of shock wave at the inlet of the diffuser which causes the main irreversible energy loss in the traditional ejector. Hence, the performance of the new designed ejector is greatly improved.
