摘要
农业是国民经济和社会发展的基础,关系到社会全局的稳定和发展。目前,中国总体上已进入以工促农、加快改造传统农业的关键时刻。中国的农业科技与发达国家相比还存在着较大的差距、中国的农产品在国际市场上缺乏竞争力,农业科技成果推广体系还不够完善,只有建立多渠道的农业科技投入机制、开拓农业科技创新形式、完善互动的推广体系、加大各级各类人员的培训力度、加强各类农民组织和协会的建设,才能加快农业科技进步与创新,促进现代农业的发展。
Agriculture is the base of national economy and social development, it is related to stability and development of our society. At present, our country has come to a critical period of promoting agriculture with industry and accelerating transformation of traditional agriculture. At present, compared with developed country, there is greater disparity exists yet in agriculture science and technology of our country, agricultural products lack competitive ability in the international market, and extension system of agricultural science and technology achievements is still not perfect in China, only building multi-channel agricultural mechanism of input in science and technology, exploiting innovation form of agriculture science and technology, perfecting interactive extension system, increasing training strength of various personnel and strengthening construction of farmer organization and association, this can speed up the progress and innovation of agricultural science and technology to develop modern agriculture.
