摘要
采用室内切枝水培杂交方法进行银白杨与84K杨、毛白杨杂交试验。结果表明:银白杨与84K杨杂交的可配性高于银白杨与毛白杨杂交组合。银白杨与毛白杨杂交苗的苗高、地径生长量均稍高于银白杨与84K杨的杂交苗。银白杨×84K杨杂交苗的抗病、虫能力都高于银白杨×毛白杨。隶属函数值综合评价结果表明,银白杨×84K杨杂交苗的选择优势较高,选择出优良无性系的机率较大。
Artificial crossing between Populus alba and P. alba x P. glandulos, Populus alba and P. tomentosa was carried out with indoor water-cultivated branch. Result showed that the crossability of P.alba×(P.alba×P.glandulos) was stronger than that of P.alba×P.tomentosa. The increments of seedling height and diameter of P.alba×P.tomentosa hybrid seed-lings were slightly higher than those of P.alba×(P.alba×P.glandulos) seedlings, while the disease and insect resistance of P.alba×(P.alba×P.glandulos) seedlings was higher than that of P.alba× P.alba seedlings. Subordinate function values indicated that the selective superiority of P. alba×(P.alba×P.glandulos) seedlings was higher. It is relatively easy to select the superior clone of P.alba×(P.alba×P.glandulos).
