摘要
实验室合成甲基橙的传统方法为低温二步法,存在着条件难控制、费时、费工收率低的问题。在常温下用一步法合成甲基橙,结果表明:室温下在反应器内一次性加入对氨基苯磺酸、亚硝酸钠和水,边搅拌边慢慢滴加N,N-二甲基苯胺,滴加完毕搅拌反应20min,此合成方法收率可达85%左右。比传统低温二步法收率提高18%。通过对不同实验方法所得产品的红外光谱检验,常温下一步法合成与低温下二步法合成的产品光谱曲线基本一致。
The traditional method of synthesizing methyl orange in the laboratory is two - step method at low temperature. But there are some problems, such as difficult to control the experimental condition, time consuming and low yield. Methyl orange can be synthesized by one-step method at room temperature. It was found that if p-aminobenzcnesulfonic acid, sodium nitrite and water were added into the reactor one trial at room temperature, while stirring, N, N - dimethylaniline was slowly dropping , and the reaction should continue 20rain with stirring when dropping was finished, the yield could reach about 85%. The yield will increase 18% than the traditional two - step at low temperature. The IR spectrums of the products are nearly same which arc prepared by one - step method at room temperature and two - step method at low temperature respectively.
