摘要
南京长江三桥是我国首座主塔采用钢结构形式的特大型桥梁。针对钢索塔施工的特点,研究了长江三桥钢索塔现场拼装测量的关键技术,分析了钢索塔拼装测量专用控制网的建立方法,提出内控法和内外控相结合的拼装测量方法,并对钢索塔的拼装测量结果进行质量评定。结果表明,钢索塔的各项竣工数据指标均满足设计要求。
Nanjing Third Yangzi River Bridge was the first cable-stayed bridge in China. Its main tower was the form of steel structure. The key technology of the steel-pylon' s process assembling was investigated to meet the characteristics of the steel-pylon' s construction. The method of the control network' s building for assembling survey was introduced. The inner controlling method and the method combined inner controlling and outer controlling were pointed out. Quality evaluation was made for the assembling surveys' s result. The results showed that the survey methods could meet the requirement of design and construction: It could also be a reference for the similar steel-pylon' s engineering projectors.
