摘要
目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者脑内神经递质的变化。方法应用脑电超慢涨落图技术(ET)检测51~60岁、61~70岁PD患者52例未用药时或停药48h后的脑内神经递质水平,其中已服用多巴丝肼治疗的34例患者再次检测服药1.5h后的变化。结果与正常值比较,2个年龄组PD患者去甲肾上腺素(NE)及多巴胺(DA)明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);5-羟色胺(5-HT)也有所降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);乙酰胆碱(Ach)增高,但仅61~70岁组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2个年龄组比较,DA在61~70岁组实测值更低(P<0.05)。34例患者服用多巴丝肼后,NE、5-HT、DA较服药前明显升高(P<0.15)。结论PD患者脑内神经递质DA、NE、5-HT等都有不同程度的减少。年龄增加是PD发病的危险因素,不同年龄段其脑内神经递质变化有所不同。ET可测量脑内神经递质的水平,为PD的早期诊断、临床治疗和疗效评价提供参考。
Objective To explore the changes of cerebral neurotransmitters in patients with Parkinson' s Disease (PD). Methods The changes of neurotransmitters were observed with encephalofluctuograph technology(ET) in 52 cases of PD patients (51 - 60 years 26 cases and 61 - 70 years 26 cases). All patients were observed 48 hours after medication withdrawal or non medication yet. Besides, 34 cases which treated with Benserazide were obsreved one more time 1.5 hours after medication. Results The levd of NE and DA in all cases was declined obviously( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), the same result displayed in 5-HT, yet no statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The level of Ach increased in 61 - 70 years group obviously ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with 51 - 60 years group, the level of DA in 61 - 70 years group was declined more significandy ( P 〈 0.05). After administrated Benserazide in 34 cases of PD patients, the levels of NE, 5-HT, and DA were increased obviously( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It demonstrated that the levels of DA, NE and 5-HT in PD patients were declined in differential extent. The changes of the cerebral neurotransmitters were different according to ages. The changes of neurotransmitters in brain could provide valuable reference for early diagnosis and therapy of PD with encephalofluctuograph technology.
