步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常48例临床观察被引量：7

摘要目的:观察步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性早搏、房性早搏、心房纤颤的疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院心内科2006年1月～2008年6月冠心病合并室早、房早、房颤患者98例,随机分为两组。治疗组给予步长稳心颗粒治疗4周,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗4周。结果:治疗组与对照组疗效相似,差异无统计学意义,无明显不良反应。结论:步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性早搏、房性早搏疗效安全可靠,对房颤疗效欠佳。建议可先给予胺碘酮治疗转复后给予步长稳心颗粒维持。
