摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2包覆型复合钡铁氧体催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis DRS)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对催化剂进行分析、表征.催化剂活性组分主要是锐钛矿TiO2,钡铁氧体为BaFe12O19;催化剂对于可见光有较强的吸收,且TiO2包覆BaFe12O19后仍具有良好的磁性能.以亚甲基蓝(MB)为模拟污染物考察催化剂的可见光催化活性.结果表明:催化剂投加量及钡铁氧体含量皆存在一个最佳值,当催化剂投加量为1.5 g/L和钡铁氧体的质量分数为20%时,5 h后亚甲基蓝的去除率为96.2%.因此,该催化剂兼具可见光催化活性高和易于高效分离回收的特点,是一种极具应用前景的新型光催化剂. A new coated magnetic photocatalyst, TiO2/BaFe12 O19, was prepared by sol-gel method, which was characterized and analyzed by XRD (X-ray diffraction), TEM (transmission electron microscopy), UV-vis DRS (diffuse reflection spectrum) and VSM (vibration sample magnetometer). The results show that the photocatalytic active component is anatase TiO2, and the barium ferrite is BaFe12O19. The catalyst, a barium ferrite coated by a layer of TiO2, still has excellent magnetic property and shows strong absorptive property under visible light irradiation. Its vis-photocatalytic activity was tested by using methylene blue (MB) as the model contaminant. The results show that the dosage of catalyst and doped content of barium ferrite present an optimum values. The removal efficiency of methylene blue in solution reaches 96.2% after 5 h under visible light irradiation while the dosage of catalyst and the doped content are 1.5 g/L and 20%(wt), respectively. Based on its properties of high photocatalytic activity and easy separation and recovery, the photocatalyst will have a promising application.
