摘要
近年来甘肃畜牧业呈现稳步发展态势,正在经历着由家庭副业到支柱产业、由传统经营向产业化经营的重要转变。畜牧业已成为发展农村经济,改善农民生活,增加农民收入的主要途径,对推动产业结构调整,实现农业和农村经济可持续发展发挥着重要作用,是农业经济发展中仅次于种植业的重要经济部门。基于畜牧业效益评价中的多因素和模糊性等特点,在效益型畜牧业评价指标体系基础上,建立了畜牧业效益评价体系的层次结构,构建了基于模糊综合评价法的畜牧业效益评价模型,并对基于模糊综合评价法的甘肃省武威市凉州区的畜牧业效益评价进行了详细阐述。
In recent years, the animal husbandry of Gansu province developed steadily, which experienced the transformation from household sideline production to pillar industry, from the tradition management to the industrialization management. As an important economic department next to planting, the animal husbandry became the main route to develop rural economy, to improve peasant＇s life and increase their income. The animal husbandry played an important role in adjusting industrial structure and realizing agriculture and rural economy sustainable development. The animal husbandry benefit was muhifactor and fuzzy. Based on evaluation index system of animal husbandry benefit, the hierarchical structure of appraising the system of animal husbandry benefit was established. Then the animal husbandry benefit headquartered in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment and appraise models was constructed. Finally, evaluation of the effectiveness of animal husbandry in Liangzhou district, Wuwei city of Gansu province was represented in detail based on this system.
