摘要
为了提高铁基氧化铝涂层界面的结合强度,本课题采用高能球磨过程中的机械化学效应使铝粉对氧化铝产生粒-粒包覆改性。研究不同球磨工艺对粉体性质的影响。X射线衍射分析结果显示干磨10小时后氧化铝和铝的特征峰开始变弱,湿磨2小时后氧化铝和铝的特征峰开始变弱,随着粉磨时间的延长两者均无明显变化。透射电镜分析表明干磨10小时后、湿磨2小时后铝粉包覆到氧化铝粉末表面。比表面积测定仪分析显示,粉体比表面积在粉磨2小时后、显著增加,粉碎平衡均发生在粉磨6小时时,且湿磨得到的粉体颗粒比表面积比干磨得到的粉体颗粒比表面积大。
In order to reinforce the combination between the Al2O3 coating and the Fe substrate, the author studies the modification of Al-coated alumina by mechanochemistry method in this paper. The X-ray diffraction pattern indicated that the nature peak of Al2O3 weakened and the nature peak of Al enhanced after dry-milled 10 hours, and wet-milled 2 hours, and nether had not sharp variety with milling time. This indicated that the phase of Al deposited on the surface of Al2O3 after dry-milled 10 hours, and wet-milled 2 hours, and the deposited volume had not sharp variety with milling time. There is a sharp increase in grain surface after dry-milled 2 hours, and wet-milled 2 hours, and the comminution equilibrium emerged at milled 6 hours.
