摘要
将影响基质NO3--N和NH4+-N提取的因素:基质种类、固液比、浸提剂和振荡时间,通过正交表L9(34)安排试验,试验结果经方差分析。表明:NO3--N的最佳提取条件为:固液比(W/V)=1∶10,浸提剂为1molL-1KCl溶液,振荡时间为15min。NH4+-N的最佳提取条件为:固液比(W/V)=1∶10,浸提剂为2molL-1KCl溶液,振荡时间为15min。将两种方法用于7种有代表性的基质的NO3--N和NH4+-N的测定,试验结果经t-检验,表明:固液比(W/V)=1∶10,浸提剂为1molL-1KCl溶液,振荡时间为15min制备的浸提液可同时用于NO3--N和NH4+-N的测定。
The L9 (3^4) orthogonal diagram was applied to study the effect of various factors such as substrate species, ratios of liquid to solid, extracting solvent and oscillation time on the extraction condition of nitric nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen. The experiment results were treated with analysis of variance. The results indicated that the optimum extraction condition of nitric nitrogen was under the condition where the ratio of liquid to solid was 1:10, the extracting solvent was lmol L^-1 KCl solution and the oscillation time was 15 min. The optimum extraction condition of ammonium nitrogen was that the ratio of liquid to solid was 1:10, extracting solvent was 2 mol L^-1 KCl solutions, and oscillation time was 15 min. The two extraction methods were applied to seven representative substrates. The experiment results were analyzed with t-test. The result showed that the optimum extraction condition was under the condition where the ratio of liquid to solid was 1;10, extracting solvent was 1 mol L^-1 KCl solution, and oscillation time was 15 min. The liquid extracted by the these methods could be used to determinate the content of nitric nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in the substrates of Soilless Culture simultaneously.
