摘要
根据GenBank中PCV2和PCV1的基因组序列设计3条引物,并建立了检测PCV2的复合PCR方法。用该方法对河南省7个地市45个猪场的156份样品进行了检测,检出阳性病料98份,阳性率63%;阳性猪场38个,阳性率84%,表明该方法特异性及敏感性高,可用于临床诊断。
According to the published sequences of porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） and type 1 （ PCV1）, three p tmers were designed and a multiplex PCR method was established for detecting PCV2. A total of 156 samples collected from 45 pig farms in Henan province were detected. The results showed that 98 samples were positive and the positive rate of PCV2 was 63%. 38 farms were positive and the positive rate was 84 %. The data indicated that this method was rapid, specific and sensitive for the detection of PCV2,which can be used for clinical diagnosis.
