Chinese economic jurisprudence has gone through thirty years course. Reviewing Chinese economic jurisprudence, it presents more and more deepening common recognition and colorful individuality. Prospecting Chinese economic jurisprudence, we are full of confidence to promote development, and make greater contributions to socialist economic construction and building the legal system construction.
