摘要 目的探讨不同的测量条件对正常眼压基线测量的影响。方法应用Tono-PenTM-XL眼压计测量新西兰兔100只(200眼)的眼压值。测量分别在3种条件下进行:条件1:将兔放入布袋中,仅露出头部,角膜表面麻醉下,操作者用手指轻轻分开兔的眼睑,即可进行眼压测量;条件2:将兔的身体用布裹紧,仅露出头部,检查者将包紧的兔平放在双腿上,用手臂压住,角膜表面麻醉下,用手指扒开兔的眼睑,进行眼压测量;条件3:全麻联合角膜表面麻醉下测量眼压。结果(1)条件1时兔眼压值为6.5~14.5mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg),平均(9.7±2.9)mmHg,符合对数正态分布(W:Normal=0.9756,P=0.1095);(2)条件2时兔眼压值为11.0~20.0mmHg,平均(14.8±4.1)mmHg,高于条件1时所得结果,差异具有显著统计学意义(P=0.0003);(3)条件3时兔眼压值为5.0~11.0mmHg,平均(7.8±2.8)mmHg,低于条件1时所得结果,差异有显著统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论新西兰兔清醒状态下眼压基线为(9.7±2.9)mmHg。眼压测量过程中操作粗鲁和全身麻醉都会影响兔眼压测量的准确性。 Objective To investigate the influence of different conditions on measure results of rabbit normal intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods IOP of 100 New Zealand rabbits ( 200 eyes) were measured by Tono-PenTM-XL. The measurement was done under 3 different conditions. Condition 1 :Put rabbit into a bag,left head outside. Under cornea surface anaesthesia, manipulator opened the eye lids slightly with fingers. IOP measure was done easily. Condition 2 : Wrapped rabbit tightly with cloth, left head outside. Put being wrapped rabbit on the knee, pressed with arm. Under cornea surface anaesthesia, manipulator opened the eye lids forcibly with fingers to measure IOP. Condition 3 :Under general and cornea surface anaesthesia, IOP measure was done. Results Under condition 1, average IOP was (9.7 ± 2.9 ) mmHg ( 1 kPa = 7.5 mmHg, 5.5 - 14.5 mmHg), which accorded with log-normal distibution ( W: Normal = 0. 975 6, P = 0. 109 5 ). Under condition 2, average IOP was ( 14.8 ± 4.1 ) mmHg( 11.0 - 20.0 mmHg), which was higher than that under condition 1 (P = 0.000 3 ). Under condition 3, average IOP was ( 7.8 ±2.8 ) mmHg ( 5.0 - 11.0 mmHg), which was lower than that under condition 1 (P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion The IOP baseline of conscious New Zealand rabbit is (9.7 ± 2.9) mmHg. Crude action and general anaesthesia can affect the precision of 10P measurement.
