2006年7月-2007年6月的每月大潮期间,在长江口沿岸碎波带13个站位点用小型拖网(1 m×4 m,网目1 mm)共采集到仔稚鱼49045尾(隶属于31科,84种)。对仔稚鱼类的种类组成和群落结构进行聚类分析,13个站位点聚合为两大类群(类群A和B),类群A位于沿海水域,共出现72种仔稚鱼类,主要以河口性和海洋性鱼类为主;类群B位于长江口北支的上游和南支,共出现58种仔稚鱼类,主要以淡水性和洄游性鱼类为主。按月份聚类分析的结果表明长江口沿岸碎波带仔稚鱼类的群落结构季节变化很显著。
A total of 49 045 fish larvae and juveniles, representing 84 species from 31 families, were collected monthly on the spring tide at 13 stations in the surf zone of the Yangtze River estuary during July 2006 and June 2007. Samples were collected by a seine net ( 1 m × 4 m, 1 mm mesh-aperture ) along the surf zone (depth of O. 5 -1.5 m). The species composition and community structure of fish larvae and juveniles were studied by cluster analysis and 13 sampling stations were separated into two groups (group A and B ). Group A was located in the coastal areas and group B was in the south branch and the upper reaches of the north branch of the Yangtze River estuary. In the whole year, 72 species belonged to Group A, mainly including estuary and marine fishes, while 58 species belonged to Group B, which give priority to freshwater and diadromous fishes. The cluster analysis of the 12 months indicated a significant seasonal change in the community structure of fish larvae and juveniles.
