嵌入式技术的机车安全运行语音提示系统设计

摘要 系统从机车安全运行角度出发,综合应用嵌入式技术、现场总线技术、语音技术,研发一套机车安全运行语音提示装置。详细介绍此系统的软硬件设计,阐述系统的组成及工作原理,叙述机车数据采集与处理两大模块的设计,在硬件系统的基础上移植μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,并由应用软件完成系统的CAN总线通信,车载显示,语音提示及数据存储等功能。该系统经过半年多的实际运行,结果表明该系统结构设计合理,实用性强。 The System, from the perspective of locomotive safe operation, through the use of embedded technology, field bus technology, voice technology, was developed a locomotive safe operation and voice prompted device. It was described the hardware and software design of the System in detail, expounded the System principle, narrated the two module design of the locomotive data acquisition and processing, transplanted μC/OS-II real-time Operating System on the basis of the Hardware system, and completed the locomotive CAN bus communication, automotive display, voice prompted, data storage, and other functions by the user application software. The System had more than six months after the actual operation, the results showed that the System architecture designed reasonable, and had a strong practicality.
