摘要
目的总结术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗经验,提出营养支持治疗的重要性。方法回顾分析笔者诊治的12例术后早期炎性肠梗阻病人的临床资料。结果12例病人中除1例早期手术发生肠瘘外,余11例均保守营养支持治疗治愈。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻的营养支持治疗很关键,掌握了正确的营养支持治疗方法是治愈的保障。
Objective To summarize the experience to treatment of early postoperative inflammatary ileus and put forward the essentiality of nutritional support treatment. Methods This retro- spective review analyzed the clinical data of syndrome in 12 cases of early postoperative ileus. Results According to our study on the 12 cases, we found that 11 cases had been cured by nutritional support treatment and 1 case had occurea the intestinal fistula . Conclusion The nutritional support treat- ment is necessary and availability for all patients with early postoperative inflammatary ileus, so it is the guarantee for the cure about early postoperative inflammatary ileus that we have predominated the method of the nutritional support treatment.
