摘要
结合国内外水煤浆加压气化炉的研究和上海焦化有限公司多年的实践经验,介绍了煤渣成分、操作温度和其他一些使用条件对气化炉内衬耐火材料寿命的影响。煤渣中CaO加大了熔渣向砖内的渗透深度,Fe2O3加速了熔渣对耐火砖表面的冲刷损毁;超温操作或温度波动使耐火砖侵蚀速率加大并易造成结构剥落;生产负荷以及喷嘴雾化角大小都对耐火砖的寿命产生很大的影响。
Combined with the studies abroad and years of experiences of Shanghai on coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier at home and Coking Co., Ltd., this paper presents the influences of coal slag components, operating temperature and other conditions on the service life of the refractory material of the gasifier. CaO in coal slag deepens the permeation of melted slag into the refractory, Fe2O3 fastens up the brushing and destroy of melted slag to the refractory surface; superheating and temperature fluctuation speed up refractory erosion and peeling off; and operating load and nozzle atomizing angle have big influences on the service life of the refractoly.
