三环两相减速器动力学模型及其性能分析

摘要 针对三环减速器在运动不确定位置振动和冲击大的问题,提出一种改进型三环两相减速器,并对其进行动力学建模,分析建立该约束传动系统补充方程的位移协调原理.采用该模型求解高速轴转臂轴承载荷、啮合力等动力学方程,结果表明该改进型三环两相减速器具有运动平稳、冲击振动小的特点. Considering the big shock and collision at uncertain movement position for the present gear reducer of three-ring, this article designs gear reducer of three-ring with two-phase and researches on its kinetics model. The displacement compatibility principle of establishing the over-restraint transmission system supplementary equation is also analysed. According to the analysis on the forces distribution characteristics which are obtained from the model supplied by this article, such as the high-speed shaft bearing load in rotary arm, meshing force and so on, it is concluded that gear reducer of three-ring with two-phase moves smoothly and the shock is small.
